酒店回复: I am very sorry to learn about your experience. I'm not sure about staffing if there were no guests in the restaurant. Our breakfast is open at 7am so I am confused on that one. I will note your comments regarding the room and furniture. This is not something that has been brought up by other guests. I do appreciate your feedback and hope to have you back again soon.

My stay was not the most pleasant. I had to change my room about three times. One of the rooms I was transferred to had a spider crawling on the headboard. The staff did their best to rectify the situation. However, I was very disappointed with my stay.

We used to like staying here, but this last visit was disappointing. It was pretty dirty (floors not vacuumed and sticky carpeting). It is definitely time to upgrade bathrooms (our shower leaked onto the floor). The gym had no wipes, towels, or air conditioner. We had to ask twice over our 4 night stay for towels/coffee. No free coffee in lounge either!!!

I have shared your review with our leadership team to ensure our guidelines are in place and followed in both our guest rooms and common areas. Our Bistro features Starbucks throughout the day for guests so Courtyards only offer complementary coffee in our guest rooms, but it also offers not only a menu ordered breakfast, but dinner as well. I hope we will be able to offer you accommodations again when you travel back into the Milwaukee Area and wish you happy and safe travels.

尽管我们住过其他万怡酒店并且过得很愉快，但在密尔沃基机场附近的酒店的体验并不令人印象深刻。
1. 床很不舒服，而且拉出来让我们 16 岁的孙子彻夜难眠。
2. 虽然广告上有餐厅和酒吧，但在我们周五晚上的住宿期间，两者都没有显示任何活动。当我们晚上 7 点去餐厅时，年轻人说：“我看看能否找人为你打开厨房。”酒吧也无人值守。
3. 周六早上我们下楼的时候心想早上 7 点肯定会有早餐。并非如此。
4.“套房”家具一点也不舒服。椅子又小又低。
总而言之，我在万豪酒店没有经历过更糟糕的经历。
这家酒店一定是最近翻新过的，因为我们的房间看起来是全新的（也有一种“新”的味道）。床的位置提供了一个巨大舒适的沙发休息区。工作人员很友好，去夏日节也很方便（有班车，高速公路上下车也很方便）。价格有点贵，但我认为这是由于夏季节的缘故，而且仍然比其他选择便宜。
