Both phones in the room did not work. There were gnats in the room. The water in the shower was not as hot as my visits in the past. The new table that the tv sits on in the sitting room is too high and you have to extend your arm in the air or stand up just to change the tv channel. I would and will stay again in the future but Embassy needs to give attention to their rooms and restore them to the quality that they once were.

Shower falling apart. Can’t purchase soda at bar with ticket. Asked for extra creamer downstairs and staff couldn’t figure it out. Ran out of bacon at breakfast

The property is definitely in need of an update. The lights only work by inserting a keycard in the wall before the lights will work. The room I stayed in was a king suite and the one word for it was dingy. if I wasn’t so tired and two and a half hours from home at 10pm, I wouldn’t have stayed. I’m throughly confused by the positive reviews as that was certainly not my experience. When I voiced concerns to the property, I was told that renovations are slated for next year. I will never stay at this property again.

Loved the breakfast and the happy hour. The staff was attentive and gracious. Room was perfect.
I've come to rely on embassy suites for a quality hotel.

Overall the hotel is beautiful and clean. I had an issue with a charge on my account and have call 3 times to get this corrected. I was disconnected 2 times before being transferred to a manager who's mailbox was full. This is not my normal experience with Hiltons. Very unprofessional.

Very nice accomodations. The water temperature and pressure could have been better, but overall from the gym, to the staff, to the restaurants in the immediate area, it was a joyous stay.

All of the staff was kind, personable, and prompt to respond. Super pet friendly. I loved my room and so did my guest (no exaggeration). My room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good. I will be staying here anytime I visit Fayetteville.
