Our room was not ready for check in. We were told we would receive a call when it was ready and never received that call. We had to check in after the football game for parents weekend.

Comfortable and friendly
The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The only reason for not getting all 5 stars is I was on business and out late for work and an alarm kept gping off in the morning as they were apparently testing alarms. Between lunch and dinner seems like it would have been a more ideal time!

Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Accommodations were clean. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

酒店很不错，员工很友好 - 周五晚上在酒店餐厅吃的晚餐很好，服务也很好 - 但是餐厅不属于希尔顿，早餐服务很糟糕 - 早上 9 点的自助餐空了，应该供应到 10 点 - 我们要求他们来，但他们从来没有补充 - 我的菜单订单花了 30 分钟 = 咖啡很烂 - 服务员从来没有来送水、咖啡什么的 - 绝对不要在那里吃早餐... 我们得到的食物只是温的 - 真可惜。当人们旅行和疲惫时，他们应该在酒店餐厅享受美味的食物和良好的服务... 所以要么找另一家公司来做，要么自己做... 糟糕的食物会对您的品牌产生不良影响... 只是说我们不拥有它并不能消除糟糕的品味。
