No one at desk most of the time. No instructions given about maid service and we had to go down and try to find someone for fresh towels and cups etc. one gal was very helpful but the rest of the staff was nearly invisible. We had a very nice room and rates were good but service was lacking.

Staff went over and above, even let us check in early to get ready for the wedding.Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and we slept well after a long day.I highly recommend this hotel and will be back for tulip festival

Taking a shower really ******, no matter how long you let the water run on straight hot it barely even got warm. So I don't have much good to say about the place

The ypung man at the front desk was super helpful when when we messed up the tv remote.
The cleaning service is pro8 every 3 days, which I am not accustomed to. We ram out of facial tissues and used every towel. The great thing is they provide plenty.

There was some confusion at check-in due to my having somehow made duplicate reservations. Maud quickly and professionally resolved the issue and made sure I wasn't double billed. She’s a terrific asset.

Terrible water pressure.
The room was clean, you could smell the cleaning chemicals as soon as you walked in. However the water pressure is absolutely horrible, it was almost at a trickle at one point during my shower. We did ask to change the card that we had on file, however the guy at check in did not change the card as requested.

Beds are the best.
The bed and pillows were the best, so comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Had multiple choices.

We woke up with ants all of the room. On the desk, on the wall, coming out of the electric socket, on the floor, on our clothes that were out.
