The room wasn’t cleaned well. There were ponytail holders on the floor. The breakfast also tasted old, even though I got food right after breakfast started. The bagels were rock hard. There was a variety of options though, which was nice.

Staff never serviced room, restocked towels, emptied trash, ect. Key cards didn’t work. When I originally called to book no one answered. I called 3 times.

Desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfy. My only complaint was that the hair dryer did not work and I had to get on the road with wet hair. I returned the dryer to the front desk as I was leaving. They offered to find me one that works but…I needed to get on the road. I suggest the housekeeping staff check the hair dryers, tv controllers and coffee makers to ensure they are working properly.

Nice Overnighter
The room was very nice for a queen bed — I was too late booking so the king rooms were taken. Great water pressure in the shower! Also the poppyseed scones were delicious!

Didn't like that they changed me for three rooms now I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. I ordered two kings then called before leaving for my trip and was told I only have one so wound up ordering another room. Then when I arrived told I have 3 rooms told them I only need 2 but they went ahead and changed me for three. On a tight budget on a trip and this did not help. It's okay to be without money at home but not when you are away from home. I did like Nick and the breakfast was exceptional and the checkout and breakfast hours were above average. Room was nice.
