I like the winery in the property, it is a small hotel, friendly staff special the gentleman at the front desk during the day, most hilton hotels you can check in before 3 but this hotel didnt have an available room, I know it is hard because it is small hotel but I would have love to get a room or a place to store my suitcase. Hitels needs to work on keeing the rooms a bit cleaner. The shower needs cleaning, it has mold in some areas. Perhaps have golf cards to go from the hotel to the weedi to venue would be great or have a transportation service to the wedding venue so people dont have to drive there.

Never again
The first night I get there, my pillow had, what looked like blood on it. The day we checked out I seen a roach on the wall. Emailed the manager but didn’t get a response. Staff was nice but that’s about it.

The views of the winery are so beautiful!! Highly recommend this hotel and definitely Childress Winery awesome place! Best winery I've ever seen!!

The property is gorgeous and staff were kind. The room itself was not well cleaned before we arrived. There was an earring on the floor, the floor in the bathroom was dirty, and there were tissues stuffed into the peephole by a previous guest.

I came in during the dark hours and could not find the light switches. I had to use my phone flashlight to figure that out as I did not want to have to ask. I finally found them around where the lights were located - not just one on the wall. Usually the beds are extremely comfortable but this one was a little soft and I did not sleep as well. But this is a one-time thing and I did not get what I normally get. It was busy with a wedding party so it was pretty full. I love staying there - it's the only one for me.

Mostly good
The bed was too soft. The breakfast needs to be improved. One day the eggs were dried out, the next day they were okay. The cinnamon rolls were awesome. The toilet paper holder was falling apart and I fixed it, but it required using tools that I happened to have with me. It needs a more permanent fix.

Property was fine but it seems like hotels are pulling more and more every chance they get. I bought 3 quarts of ice cream from the hotel counter for the kids and got up stairs to see that the fridge doesn't have a freezer. Mini fridge fine but at least spend the extra 20$ for the freezer. The shower head was old and corroded so it sprayed out of the shower all over the floor until I stuck a pin in it. We paid for the breakfast option for both days even though we were leaving at 1am so I could sleep a could of hours before getting on the road and the host at the counter told me that the kids couldn't have a grab and go bag with the muffin because we weren't premier members. What a joke
