We chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews. I have a fussy mother so she has to stay in nicer hotels. The hotel is nice, newer amenities but extremely noisy. We were on the second floor and didn’t sleep all night because of the people above us. We asked to be moved but they said they only had first floor, no sense in that. Second night the room was full the smell of **** from someone smoking next door. We told the staff and they denied it. We won’t be back. This hotel is expensive and not worth it in my opinion.

This was an excellent stay! I would recommend this hotel for the employees that work there, very accommodating! Very clean!

首先，酒店房间里通常会提供的便利设施信息，如早餐时间、早餐地点、游泳池开放时间等，都没有。接下来，客房服务人员在早上 9 点来敲门叫醒我们，等我们到门口时，他们已经走了。我们离开时，他们 10 点又回来了。那天晚上我们回来时，什么都没做。我们不得不在早上打电话给前台要干净的毛巾和咖啡。6 月 9 日，我们入住的第二天回来时，我们的房间仍然没有打扫。床没有整理，没有卫生纸，也没有打扫过。总的来说，我们的住宿很糟糕

房产充其量是危险的。我很庆幸在夏洛特繁忙的旅行之夜他们有房间——我到达后很快就知道了为什么他们有空房。
