This was my 3rd time staying at this location. I like it because of the office layout that the rooms have. However this room was a smaller configuration and it was not as comfortable. My office chair was broken and not very stable, the love seat was not comfortable either. There is also a limited and sparce hotel store if you will that is overpriced for what it has to offer.

Buffet was terrible. Inside could do with a new paint job.
But staff very friendly. Room was fantastic despite being a little dated.

When I first got there, I liked how it looked on the outside. After coming inside getting my room, I asked to be changed to the third floor however, the wheelchair that I had was too wide to even get through into the room so I will switch to a first floor bedroom, handy, capable room, which the bathroom light didn’t work then this third room I was had a older, but it was wide enough for me to get into and the shower, I could not use because it was rusty looking inside.

Good but room smelled a little
The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for dining and shopping. But my room smelled like medication plus the room next to me to my right had someone who smoked in their bathroom so it went to my bathroom walls.

Mold in bathroom. No free coffee or breakfast. Rude staff. No houseboy replenish cups, towels, make bed or clean up. Room wasn’t in very good shape when checked in. Two night stay and I should have moved out. I was just too tired to pack up and move on. After 2nd night I left. Also a 40.00 charge was added to my room bill plus a 1:00 charge. No explanation. I blocked payment of the 40,00 charge to my Card.

Cancelled reservations because pool was closed and didn’t find out till I showed up this was only reason why I booked there . Should have mentioned pool was closed when I made reservations

It was a great stay. The check in gal was super friendly and very helpful. Everything was very clean only thing I would say is that the carpet in the hallway was ripped but other than that it was very clean.
