The toilet seat was broken – not attached to the toilet. The bathroom sink did not drain. The bathroom door did not close.

Our tv was broken when we came into the room, seems like the bulb was burnt out so it only worked sometimes.
The shower head was duct-taped together.
Staff were all friendly, easy to park and convenient for what we needed. Just wish some things were better.

Room size very good, bed very comfortable, shower very good as well, towels nice and fluffy. Several restaurant options for dinner, hotel breakfast very good with plenty of options. Would stay here again-we were so pleased, we booked same room for our return home!

The bathroom was filthy. There was a large clump on hair on the tub drain and dozens of other pieces of hair all over the tub and bathroom floor. The floor couldn't have been cleaned in weeks. The towels smelled really bad as well. While the bed was comfortable, my bed felt lopped sided like I was leaning and would fall off if I slept to that side. There was yellow stains on the sheets. I don't know if it was stained or just dirty.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the service went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need a lot of maintenance. Indoor air quality in my room was poor. Not able to stream TV shows. I guess I got what I paid for.

The property was very pretty and nice! Awesome breakfast. The room itself was extremely dirty! Hair everywhere in the bathroom, dirty comforters on the bed.... absolutely disgusting.
