Very clean, good breakfast. The only negative about the place was that we did not get there to check in until 10 pm and had to wait over 15 minutes before staff showed up to the check in desk.

Friendly staff and very clean. My poor rating is based on the room conditions of room 212 only. I did make the front desk aware of the issues.
I believe there are some structural issues. The door to the room was damaged at the bottom making it so difficult to open and close I feel it is a safety issue. The bathroom door was mounted crooked and would not latch. The toilet did not have enough water or water pressure to flush toilet paper. It took two or three flushes and you had to hold the handle down the whole time. This last complaint may not be the hotels issue, but I’m going to share it anyway. You could hear every step the person above us took.
Again. Staff was great, room and facilities very clean. Nice breakfast. I just feel that with the large price difference they charge vs. other local hotels the rooms should be maintained better.

Good Stay
We were in town to move our son into Hesston College. This hotel was 10ish mins from campus, with easy access to the interstate.
Room was fairly comfortable.
Staff was vey friendly.
For hotel breakfast it was pretty good.

During my recent stay, I was disappointed by several issues that impacted my experience:
The room and common areas lacked cleanliness.
Food served was cold.
No welcome or orientation was provided, and no recommendations for nearby restaurants.
The power went out multiple times during my stay.
The pool had an excessive amount of chlorine.
Water pressure was very low, making it difficult to flush the toilet.
No makeup remover towels were available.
No complimentary bottled water was provided to guests.
Overall, these factors made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope management will address these concerns to improve the guest experience.

Nice overnight
Overnight stay. I enjoyed the extra upholstered chair to sit and read with lamp. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was not as good as I would have liked but was ok.

Great stay
We appreciated our stay here very much! The building is nicely renovated and clean. Breakfast was better than most hotel offerings, loved the cinnamon rolls!
We stayed for two nights and would gladly return.

Multiple issues with the room. Bathroom door was literally falling off the hinges, door lock was broken, ligj5s besides the ned are out, remote doesn't work well. Tv is way too loud but cant hear voices. Tubwas extremely dirtyand stained.
