Its almost 2026 and this greedy franchise thinks its ok to charge extra for wifi after spending over 500 to stay there a couple nights. No microwave in the room. Couldnt take a shower second morning becasue there was no hot water. And the breakfast was disgusting. Not worthy of school cafeteria. For a "nice" place downtown, i was disappointed

The hotel is clean enough and in a great location. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is okay. It worked for what we needed it for (staying for one night while seeing a concert) but the building is pretty old and the door to our room was jammed so we’d have to scan our key card a bunch of times and force it open. That was pretty annoying.
