前台人员非常不友好。早上5点30分叫车去机场。5点25分下楼问了一下,他说要等到5点30分。结果15分钟后,车还没来。我们差点赶不上飞机,真是郁闷。
而且我们房间里还有一只大蟑螂。
我的淋浴间里有霉菌。这家酒店需要彻底翻新。它位于一个不安全的街区。工作人员很有礼貌,非常友好!

靠近机场是其特色。酒店很旧,“老式”空调,所以房间里有潮湿的气味。浴室角落里有些发霉。我认为我们来得太早了(6:00),无法享用真正的早餐,尽管前台告诉我们那时就已经提供了早餐,所以我们只喝了咖啡和酸奶,还有给孩子们准备的水果圈。我要说的是,我从飞机上联系到的前台女士(我们凌晨 2 点到达,所以我没有见到她)非常令人愉快。恕我直言,这并不是一次“糟糕”的体验,只是不是发布的满分 10 分中的“8.8”
我通过********预订了酒店并收到了确认。我还直接与酒店联系以确认如何从机场乘坐班车。
当我着陆并打电话给酒店要求班车时,我被告知目前没有班车!?然后,当我到达酒店时,他们没有我的预订——而且给了我一间比我预订的更差的房间!我还必须支付从机场到酒店的优步费用……整个体验非常糟糕!
