When entering the building, the lobby was kind of dusty. But the hotel staff was very courteous and efficient. Once entering my room, the carpet was wet and the room smelled like mildew. The room was very dusty and the AC unit was leaking. Also at 9:30 the maid knocked on the door and asked to clean the room. I informed her that checkout wasn’t until 11 AM. Hands-down one of the worst rooms I’ve stayed in

I love this place! This is now the third time we have stayed here for a Karate tournament, and we will continue to come back each and every year. The staff is absolutely amazing. The breakfast is phenomenal. Rooms are so comfy and cozy. And not to mention, it is in the absolute perfect location. Anything you want is literally right around the corner. You cannot go wrong with best western plus Pinesville.

Need to start changing linen sheets, even if I have extended stay, should not have to sleep on same sheets for 4 days.
