Upon arrival we had a bad experience. First they didn’t have any extra sheets or blankets for our pull out sofa so we had to pull sheets off one bed and make due for two nights, then there was a water bug in our bathroom, most of the gym equipment was in operable and the final straw was when my husband went to work out at 530a Monday there was a homeless person sleeping in gym. There was never anyone at front desk and didn’t have a manager available ever but they did respond via text. I requested a full refund due to the inconvience and only credited me one night. Still fighting with Hilton to get reimbursed as this is so unacceptable. This property needs to do way better. For a Hilton property we were VERY disappointed

The breakfast items were overcooked, especially the egg omelettes. I found a roach crawling in my bathroom underneath my washcloth. The front service clerk was missing from the are for half an hour or so.

The hotel was dated, dirty and disgusting. The bathroom had hair all over. Hot water was sketchy. Carpets were disgusting. Couldn’t believe this was a part of the Hilton hotels

P the room was badly in need of repair. There was a strong smell of smoke through throughout. It looked like an animal had chewed up the screen door molding etc. It was not the Hilton standard I was used to.

Property was clean, elevator door acted as if doors weren't going to open all the way. Riom was clean but killed to roach bugs in the bathroom. Throw in the bed needa to be updated. Staff was nice.

The lobby, terrace and dining area nice.
The rooms really old and not clean. The doors, the handles, the baseboards, the rails in the closet all are in real need of a good scrubbing for sure! I think the whole suite needs to be deep cleaned!

Our stay was excellent overall. I will point out that during our stay, the hotel was completely booked. We had a one bedroom suite and a sofa bed with 2 adults and three children. The hotel was unable to provide linen for the sofa bed and we only had two washcloths and two towels. Other than that, everything was great, clean, and the staff was nice and professional.

Staff were extremely friendly. A few amenities such as the ice machine were not available and the breakfast are had a select few options. When we got into the room that we waited 15-20 mins for ( checked in at 6pm) the beds had yet to be made. It was about an hour until the rooms had to be made and then we did not have towels or wash clothes to shower and was told we had to come downstairs to get them ourselves. Overall would rate my experience 5/10.

Very old and outdated, in need of deep cleaning or renovations. Breakfast attendant was very rude as she continued to bring food at 9:25 am after rudely saying breakfast was over at 9:30 am. We arrive at 9:10 am to no breakfast food available!
