The room was sub prime , the window blinds 1/25 broken and poor room darking for 3 Ed shifter, but biggest complaint found a roach killed it Manager wanted change room I said if see one more it’s not just one room Well later again adult roach and babies All on bathroom floor . That’s infestation Left like wind at 2330 at night Anger said would give me points for the Inconvenient effects was awful . Well now t one promise from manager That does not surprise me . More concerned tell me it’s never happened ya ok with all guest it’s happened Just how do you handle promises let’s see no trust .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Carrollton, KY. The staff was excellent, especially the MGMT, Front Desk, and Housekeeping. I enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast bar attendant was very friendly! I loved the bedding in the rooms. The hotel was newly renovated and you could certainly tell! I will stay there again when I am back in the area!

I stayed in this Hampton Inn while in the Carrollton area for business. This Hampton is an older property but they have made updates over the years. The staff is welcoming, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and the breakfast is your standard Hampton fare. The hotel is located just off the highway and close to Fast Food chains, Walmart, gas stations and only five to ten minutes from town if you have to go into Carrollton. My room had two beds and an accessible washroom that was very large. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The room also came with a mini-fridge, microwave and a little coffee station. The fitness center was on the smaller side and had a Peloton. The Peloton only works if you have a paid account or else it is just a nice decoration taking up space in the fitness room. Many Hilton properties have a Peleton account for their bikes so any guest can use them. At the time of my visit, this property did not. Overall a great stay and the only hangup I had was that my bill was not emailed to me when I checked out. When I called a few days later about my bill, they emailed me right away. Overall a great stay in a well-managed Hilton Property that seems to be undergoing some updates. Stay on the first floor as stairs are challenging. This hotel uses the Digital Key and it worked during my stay. I either stay here or next door in the Holiday Inn when I'm in the area.

Ashley was at the desk for our check-in & check-out. She was very caring and helpful. Recommended restaurants, came to our room to help us with operating the thermostat. She was “wearing a lot of hats” and did it kindly and professionally. Thanks for having us!
