A great hotel! It’s a little dated and shows its age but it’s clean, comfortable, has excellent options for rooms. Small kitchen, 2 bedrooms, wheelchair accessible. The pool was clear water and not gross. The hottub was great. Breakfast was excellent!

We have been staying at this Residence Inn for years and it desperately needs a refresh. It is not the cleanest or brightest place. Spiders in the corners, the tub would not hold water and there was terrible noise in the room above ours in the morning when an HVAC unit was being replaced (we think that’s what it was) and we received no advanced notice or apology for the disturbance. Not coming back again!!

The staff is very friendly and everything seemed clean. I love when everything is working like the ac, fridge, tv, sinks, showers, I have no complaint. The breakfast was a step better than the typical continental options if you like the standard hotel food and th dining area is nice. I don’t understand the $5 charge for parking?

Thankfully, the credit card I booked with gives me instant notices of purchases. My app notified me I was being charged $20/per day in addition to my already paid room rate for my 3 day stay. I went to the front desk to inquire about the additional charges. The lady at the desk told me it was a daily fee "for parking"!!! I advised her I was not paying for parking in their dark and pothole infested parking lot. She said she would remove the fee, but she didn't. I went back the next day and talked to a different lady and now I'm being told it was for "incidentals". I did not purchase any incidentals, and again, I advised her that I am not paying sixty more dollars in addition to the already exorbitant fee.
She took off the charge, but had I not had an app for my card, i may have left there, unaware of the charge. BEWARE!!!
IN ADDITION TO THE EXTRA FEES THEY TRIED TO TAKE, THE CARPET WAS FILTHY, LIKE A DIRTY SWEATER ON THE FLOOR.
Cranberry Township has many hotels that I have used over the years, I won't be returning to the Residence Inn, Cranberry Township/Pittsburgh By Marriott!

The property was okay. The side door didn't lock has a note that said Exit Only anyone could come and go with no security. Switched rooms multiple times. First the pull-out bed was broken. Then the next room the AC froze and wouldn't cool the room. They shut the AC off and said we will get you fans. I came back later thst day to a room that was 80 degrees. Went to the front desk she was so helpful moved us right away to our third room of our 7 day stay. Lots of things had to be moved multiple times. We were traveling with our special needs son and he requires a lot of things. The beds were uncomfortable. I'm still waiting for my partial refund from *******.

Could tell was older facility. 2-bedroom suite. Bed in one room definitely needs replaced. Floors in bathroom & kitchen need scrubbed.
Key would not work in front door. Had to go down to lobby to let them know 4 times. Finally maintenance had to replace battery in door lock. Lady at front desk was unpleasant like it was our fault.
