When we checked in they told me there would be a $5 charge for parking that was refundable at checkout, this is not stated on the website. It was explained to keep other people from parking in the lot. Well don’t punish the customers that are PAYING to stay at your establishment. This wasn’t downtown Stlouis, but Wentzville!
Upon checkout, which I assume was the manager was extremely rude, & keep saying not at this location !
My son lives in Wentzville so this location is close for me, I will not be back, you don’t treat customers that way.

Great stay in Wentzville! Staff were super friendly and the common areas and room were very clean. Awesome breakfast in the morning. Only downside during our stay was the intermittent downtime for the elevator that wasn't communicated to us. Otherwise we loved our stay.

The hotel was clean. Staff were amazing. They made sure my family's room were all next to each other Walmart and Aldi were in walking distance.

Best stay in Wentzville
Good place to stay in the Wentzville area. Just a little bit more comfortable, in my opinion, than Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn. We've tried all three of those, and Fairfield's beds are a bit more comfortable, and the furnishings are brand new for the moment. The breakfast was about the same. Parking was easy, and there are tons of chain restaurants around and a market right next door. The room had a microwave, which was a plus, and the staff was super friendly.

I was on my way from GA to ND for work and this was my halfway point. As a solo female traveler, I appreciate the welcoming staff and how easy they made check-in after a long day on the road. Although is a $5 parking fee that I wasn’t expecting, I didn’t think it was unreasonable and the parking lot was well maintained and easy to navigate.
The breakfast (included with the stay) was wonderful and a good way to begin another day of driving.
Because I didn’t check in until late and had to leave early the next morning, I didn’t have an opportunity to use any of the other amenities but the room was clean and comfortable and I would stay here again if in the area.

Great location, i could get lots of steps walking to and through all the surrounding shopping centers. Decent breakfast.
