Room was extremely dated and in need of updates. Surface rust and dirt on lamp fixtures, bathroom walls and trim need repair. Lamp fixtures by bedside loose. HVAC unit noisy, remote had no back cover, free breakfast was so-so. Shower head made a strange noise throughout the course of the stay (air in lines?). Staff was very friendly, polite, and responsive.

There were no issues with the check in. The condition of the hotel itself needs improvements. The pool is drained out. Bathroom door does not shut. Floor has a crack. A drawer that keeps opening

The property was dirty and run down, and if I wasn’t with my husband, I would have not felt safe at all. I would not suggest this hotel for anyone.

NEVER AGAIN
SO ITS MIDNIGHT, , after driving 7HRS from NJ with my younger sister and 7mo old, we were looking forward to a nice clean place to lay our heads. Well that was not what we experienced. 1st at check in we asked if a 1st floor room was available, bc of my baby. we were told absolutely no rooms on the 1st floor. Ok fine, we loaded all of our stuff on a luggage caddy and proceeded to the room. When we got to the room, it was filthy! Garbage everywhere!! Dirty bed sheets on the floor, Horrendous!! So downstairs baby and I go. We see a night manger at counter and I’m appalled. I convey my discomfort and unhappiness, He gives us a room on the 1ST FLOOR. Ok , fine, after we told ABSOLUTELY Not.. we open the door, at first it looked ok, but then we take a closer look… and realize that this was not a properly cleaned room. The floors were filthy, turned my white socks black, had to throw them out. We did not even shower bc the tub walls and spicket were covered in grime and mildew. Thank go we brought our own blankets, we slept in top of the sheets not under, wanted to be extra cautious. Needles to say we will never stay here or any establishments affiliated with this company ever again. I’ve been in the hospitality business for more than 20 years, this is undoubtedly UNACCEPTABLE. And that’s a shame bc this morning all the employees were very friendly, but what good is that if they can’t clean the rooms properly and ensure a safe and clean environment for your customers?

Our poor review has no reflection on the friendly staff that checked us in it is based on the very unpleasant smell of mold that was strongly present in our room.
We were there to attend a local event so the location was good but because of the odor in the room we left early without attending the complimentary breakfast.
We normally would always had breakfast and take a swim but the pool water was green.
The room was dated but neat and specious.
