From the time we arrived the staff was great. The teenagers were happy with free laundry service and the mini store downstairs. Having a gas station with fresh food so close (walkable!) was perfect. Free laundry units downstairs was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way. My only concern is the cleanliness of the room, but we made the best of it. Only 20 minutes from Hershey Park, plenty of food options around and a 24hr has station for all of our needs. Cleanliness could be better; drawers and floor had some debris, but we didn't spend much time in the room itself except to sleep. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and having use of microwave and ice maker was an added bonus. Will 100% stay again when we come back to Harrisburg!

不推荐
浴室很脏，淋浴的水压很小。床听起来就像我们躺在一张塑料板上——每次我或我丈夫翻身时，床都很吵。电视不管我们怎么尝试都无法使用，只是卡在 Roku 屏幕上。说实话，我不会再住在这里了。
预订了两间双人间。接到电话说他们在预订时犯了一个错误，我们只能住一张双人床。我认为这是不能接受的，我告诉了他，他们提供了一张婴儿床。我觉得价格有点高，因为我们付了一间房的钱，却得到了其他东西。从现在起，我会考虑去其他地方找一个更可靠的地方

不要相信这家酒店
酒店在入住当天早上给我打电话，告诉我他们把我的预订转移到了另一家酒店。另一家酒店是我避免预订的。而且他们也没有为我选择更便宜的酒店提供补偿。
对于您支付的价格来说，房间应该会干净得多。
