Not the DoubleTree standard- don’t stay here
Rooms so OLD - lobby and halls have a remodel totally fools you - walk into the room and the place is falling apart.
Wallpaper peeling, bathtub looks dirty no it’s permanent, so old it just feels dirty.. yuck
I literally wanted to get minimal sleep and keep driving to next location

Mold exposure in the bathroom as there were a section in the bathroom that had a black area.
Also was not notified from the beginning that breakfast was not included.

Jackie at the front desk was unable to control her self which resulted in the police being called to the facility. She was extremely unprofessional. We have a block of 20 rooms and we evacuated the premises due to Jackie’s behavior. Very unstable. My children were scared and my elderly father was displaced. Jackie said on video that she does not care about her job and continued to show just that with her behavior. Other guest asked her to calm down and she got aggressive with that unrelated guest as well. It was truly a difficult situation and Jackie should not have a job working with people or the public.

我叫了客房服务，但没人接，大概六次之后我就放弃了。纸巾盒太恶心了，看起来好像好几个星期都没打扫过。浴室门附近还有一滩棕色污渍，不知道是不是粪便。非常失望！
我们提前十分钟预订了酒店，以便在旅途中睡上几个小时。入住流程很便捷，前台非常友好（即使是半夜！），还送了水和饼干。房间很干净，而且可以容纳我丈夫和他的服务犬。下次还会住这里！
