For me, the primary criteria for a good stay is cleanliness. I am immediately pleased when my room is clean and no evidence of bugs. The rest of the details fall in line behind that. My room was near the ice machine so I did hear people getting ice, but nothing I couldn't deal with. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and professional. Outback is in the parking lot and a kind of fun pizza buffet is just across the street. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

We like staying here because it’s clean and convenient. This visit our ac wasn’t working properly. The staff person came up and attempted to fix it. She promised 10,000 Hilton Honors points I never received

Is what it is
Very average hotel, overly priced. Didn’t have much choice due to long travel day. Animal friendly but add another $80+ on an already pricey stay of $179 (before taxes). American Highway robbery. Cold and dirty pool. No way the stay was worth $280 total. Solid breakfast at hotel, and decent food options nearby.

We only stayed one night as a midway overnight but as 2 women we felt safe and there is an Outback steakhouse in a connected parking lot so we did not have to go far for dinner. Pefect for what we needed

Public areas very clean and nicely kept. The amenity station with hot water, coffee, etc. it was nicely kept anywhere else. The staff are exceptionally nice.
