Staff was great, food was exceptable, room was good.
Complaints: 1. pool was COLD and so was the pool room. This was one of the main reasons we stayed there. 2.The other was suprise pet fee. Nowhere on your website or theirs mention there was a fee. They mention accepted pet but nothing about a fee. That's a deal breaker and if I could have I would have went elsewhere.

Pro: Staff were very polite and helpful especially the breakfast staff. I usually stay away from hotel breakfast but she actually seasoned the eggs and the potatoes were cooked very well. Parking was good and the beds were comfortable.
Con: The rooms could be cleaner. The showers need to have the caulk changed as it had mold on it. They need a good deep cleaning.

Staff was amazing…… informative, friendly and met my every need! Very clean in an older faculty. Pricing on rooms was excellent through your site also. Perfect experience!❤️

I absolutely love the staff that I interacted with. I really need to sing the praises of Miss Susie. I came to the breakfast area and asked if they were any gluten-free options because I have celiac disease.
Unfortunately, this area doesn’t really cater for people with dietary issues. Miss Susie was curious and asked questions and what protocols would need to be followed in order for me to be able to eat.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast staff were the very best. They were very nice and reached out to make sure we had what we needed.

Everything was good until I saw that the sheets on one bed were dirty and stained. The housekeeping staff agreed that the sheets didn’t look like they had been changed. They were very apologetic and were going to find who serviced the room.
