None of the outlets in the room could hold a standard phone charger in them (the chargers kept falling out). Additionally, the thermostat battery was removed by the cleaning service and not replaced so the room smelled and was very musty when we got back from our day

Fan in bathroom never shut off this is in room 519. There waa obvious water at some point visible on ceiling and along the wall. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, very quiet.

As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe staying here. I checked in after dark but the outside was well lit and the front was clearly marked. The lady at the front desk saw that I had been at the hospital and told me about a promotion for families staying there with loved ones in the hospital. Very kind! The room itself was clean and well supplied with shower soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. The room was quiet and I had no issues sleeping. The next morning, there was a buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, biscuits, pastries, cereal, juice, and coffee. The gentleman attending the food was so nice and funny. I would definitely stay here again.

Recently, I have stayed at this property due to family in the hospital across the street. I have had an excellent experience each time. I have had to travel alone and felt very safe and very welcomed every time I entered the property. The front desk, as a whole, is so friendly and always greeted me whether entering or leaving. Highly recommend.

Very clean and welcoming design in public areas. Room also well decorated , fresh and inviting. Bathroom sink area way to small for personal items. Cornets and area around baseboard dirty. Nice shower head.
