The rooms were very comfortable and a great use of space in order to have a refrigerator and microwave without having to take up a lot of space!!
The dining options, within walking distrance, were very good. The ease of getting to UTK campus was great - either straight shot down Cumberland or on the interstate!! Great location!!

我爸爸遭遇严重事故并被送往当地医院后，我为父母预订了这家酒店。他们凌晨 2 点左右到达时，我妈妈向前台的男士解释了发生的事情，因为我爸爸的衣服上沾满了血。前台的男士尽心尽力。他告诉他们离开汽车，帮助我爸爸下车，一路帮助他们到房间，甚至给他拿了一些水和饼干。我不知道那位男士的名字，但我们非常感激，你们是客户服务的典范！
住宿的好地方
我们每次去 UTK 看女儿时都会住在这里。去校园非常方便，附近有很多服务设施。员工很友好，房间干净舒适。
工作人员非常友好和乐于助人……房间和大厅都很臭
酒店整体都有味道……以前住过这里，没有任何问题……但房间开始显得陈旧，家具因正常磨损而沾上污渍等……
