Clean room, staff helpful and breakfast plentiful. Breakfast staff very friendly, hard working to keep everything stocked and the area was kept clean and neat.

They just renovated the entire inside of the hotel, so the rooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable, and I loved the way they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in big bottles, instead of those tiny containers.

Our room was nice enough but did not have any shampoo in the shower. Also the shower floor was stained with dirt. It did not look like it was kept clean. Our morning breakfast ran out of everything by 9 when we got there. No milk, no eggs, no waffle batter. Not the best experience

Great Visit
Everything was great! If i had one complaint it would be that the shower floor could be cleaned better. When i stepped in I almost slipped and fell... it was slick. Otherwise everything was great. Staff very friendly

The room was recently remodeled and was nice. The only complaint I had was the temp of the shower. It took forever for the water to heat up.

The property is under renovation, but other than the pool, which we wouldn’t have used, the place is in great shape and clean. They even called in advance to ensure that the renovations would not be a problem, so they were very conscientious of the experience. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel was undergoing extensive renovations indoors and out. While it is necessary to have some inconveniences while this is going on, it does make for temporary inconveniences to the 3-day traveler. I do commend Hampton staff for being accommodating and friendly during the mess!
