This was an amazing property to stay at. The staff was very friendly and a hotel was very comfortable. The location is amazing. I can't say enough about the hospitality that I received. I give this place five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stat, nice clean room. Wasn’t given any information about the hotel at all at check in. So I had to find out via the tv that breakfast was extra. Also I couldn’t get on to the WiFi.

I booked another room just to get a little downtime to myself. I had planned to check out the hotel’s bistro and a few other places near by. Once I had a long shower and sat on that luxurious king bed, I was out like a light. 12 restful hours. Guess I really needed that down time!

I am so mad at myself for not realizing this was available in my own hometown. I knew where the hotel is, but do to a major bathroom renovation at my house, I stayed there for the first time. It is so nice, I plan on staying there again soon, even though it is in my hometown!

我发誓，以后再也不会住万豪酒店了。我走到阳台上，把推拉门拉到半开的位置，结果门卡住了。纱窗也坏了，脱轨了。大约一个半小时后，我只好向停车场的一位顾客求助。
前台接待员来了，费了好大劲才把门撬开一条缝，让我进了房间。他没有道歉，也没有问我是否需要帮助。他什么也没做，只是说“管理层会知道这件事的”。他离开的时候，我要求换房间，他也同意了。
他拿着新的房卡回到房间后，看着我——一个身材比较瘦小的67岁老太太——拖着四个行李箱穿过走廊到电梯，然后再穿过走廊到新的房间。我明显很吃力，他却一点儿也不帮忙。这简直太没礼貌了。
第二天早上退房时，前台接待员询问我的入住体验，我告诉他糟透了，因为我被困在阳台上一个多小时。他居然笑了，说：“是啊，我听说过。” 他居然笑了！这可一点都不好笑。
我在这家酒店住了至少六年，忍受着设施日益减少、价格不断上涨、服务质量持续下降。以后再也不会来了。
要是那位晚班前台接待员能道个歉，主动帮我搬行李，或者哪怕给我点补偿，那该多好啊。
我以后再也不会入住万豪酒店了。
与预期不符
这次入住体验不太愉快，因为我预订的房间没有空房，酒店给我们安排了一间特大床套房，但我们原本需要两张大床，结果最后却只有一张沙发床和一张折叠床，远不如床舒服。
太糟糕了！我们的被子上有血迹，淋浴器坏了，天花板上长霉了，冰箱里长了东西等等！
