Friendly, Clean, and Quiet
We stayed for the night. Desk clerk was very nice. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Every person working in the hotel was nice. Breakfast was good at the Bistro and the ladies working there were excellent! So very glad we chose this hotel!

The staff was excellent. At the cafe, Phylis and Amauree made us feel at home. Phylis went above and beyond what was expected and we give her a perfect 10/10 rating.

I already wrote them a 5 star review on yelp but this was hands down the best chain hotel experience we have had. It started as soon as we checked in. Every single employee that we encountered at this hotel was genuinely kind and went out of their way to greet us or start a conversation with us. I’d like to say that this is the standard at hotels, but it is definitely not. The friendliness was exceptional. I am talking everyone from front desk staff to Housekeeping in the hallway was genuinely nice and warmly greeted us every time we passed.
The room was pristine, the pool and gym was great and we used both. They even have a cafe with a limited menu - had the burger with an arugala salad and it was very good!
The landscaping around the hotel was also impeccable.
I’m taking my time to write this review because I was surprised to see so many negative reviews on this property. As someone who has been in hospitality myself, I know firsthand that difficult people are those with negative experiences are the loudest. Just know that this is a stand out property:
Top notch hospitality and whoever is managing it should be very proud.
We will be back!

The beds weren’t comfortable and the hotel just didn’t have a nice feeling to it. The bathroom felt very dark and clinical. An electric socket was coming off the wall and when you turned off the ac is smelled like smoke in the room. Won’t be staying here again

It was ok…no free breakfast. Staff was nice and room was clean. Disappointed as we wanted to walk to arena but couldn’t due to construction. Picked this hotel so we could walk but couldn’t and still had to pay to park at arena for the show.

We had a tour at Wake Forest so this was easy and convenient. The staff were very friendly.

不符合万豪标准。我们不得不乞求一瓶水。“咖啡馆”的菜单很简陋，咖啡只能付费购买。电视很旧，遥控器反应极慢。淋浴间太窄，很难转身，而且门还漏水。房间还算干净，但也仅此而已。
不太好。
折叠床的床上用品状况不佳，空调整晚都响个不停，房间温度保持在 80 度，根本没法睡觉，住宿时间很短。
这个位置与其他万怡酒店不一样。它似乎是一家被万豪接管的老酒店。房间里除了浴室梳妆镜外没有其他镜子。淋浴的水压很弱。我们每天的客房服务很好；床铺整理好，毛巾都换了，垃圾都清理了。可能不会再住那里了。工作人员很好，餐厅工作人员也很好。
