They don’t clean rooms during your stay. I was here for 5 days. The trash cans by the elevators were overflowing for 3 days. My room has a strong cat pee smell in the closet. Can’t put clothes in there. The carpet in the lobby had mud on it for several days and no one swept. There were black hairs stuck to the shower walls. One thing a hotel must be is clean!!! The room and amenities are fine, just clean!!!

There is a constant pounding coming from another room. I called down to the front desk and China said she would be right up. She didn’t show so I called back down there and someone else answered (maybe Jennifer) and said she didn’t know what I was talking about but China was still there so she would check. The pounding is still going on, no one has come up to check on us or let us know they are trying to identify the source. Last time we stayed here we had to change rooms because the people above us were loud. It’s the only place in town with a true suite (1 bedroom, separate living room), that’s why we tried it again. Lesson learned. They do not care.

This place was AMAZING. The staff was always friendly and super helpful when we needed extra towels. The suite was fully equipped with anything you could need in the kitchenette and the room was so pretty.

Nice and clean room, perfect for an extended stay with plenty of space for a few people. Staff was super friendly, and there are lots of stores and restaurants in the area!

Very comfortable beds!!!
We stayed at this hotel to go to a festival. We were so exhausted when we got back to the room and the beds were so soft and comfortable. It also had a very nice kitchenette!

Clean inside and out. Minimum noise like talking loudly from staff.
I stayed in room 119, a disabled access room. I have leg amputation. The room door is nearly impossible to open. The tension on the locking arm is too strong. I had to put my one good foot on the door to keep it open after opening with the key card. And then I had to move quickly with my motorized wheelchair.
Most of the time, I waited for my wife to open the door.
The soap in the shower is in an inaccessible location. Probably good location for non disabled person.
