I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!"
with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. I was in fact surprised that she got angry, since what I said is just "Excuse me" quietly and politely. So, I said, "YOU scared me." Then, she became furious and asked me my room number and name, saying that she can kick me out from this hotel and everything is recorded in video... Unbelievable. I have never being treated like this at any receptions in any hotels in the world.
I suspect that this is a racial discrimination, since I am an asian. The receptionist of a hotel cannot be as rude as this without some kind of discrimination, I think.
Moreover, though I placed complaints by sending email to the hotel, but I have not received any reply.
Anyway, I will never stay in holiday inn hotels again...
房间还可以，已经住过几次了，主要是离梅奥医院近。
个人觉得在菲尼克斯有很多可以选择的酒店 智选假日酒店一直以来交付都非常稳定 总的来说整体环境和配套都是在高标准之上的
这是城里最好的地方，我们太喜欢了！！这是一次很棒的体验！！我们玩得很开心！！
房间很标准，也挺干净的，但缺点是酒店就在高速公路旁边，晚上会比较吵。我们房间的空调也很吵，还会发出奇怪的声音。房间里很多洗漱用品都没有及时补充。我们不得不下楼去前台让他们补充一些物品。
体验不太好，只能算是普通水平。
另外，过夜停车还需要支付5美元的停车费，这一点在我们通过Trip.com预订时并没有提及。
环境和设施非常好。唯一的就是靠近高速路，靠路的房间晚上有噪声
好酒店。一切都很好。设施齐全。提供了牙刷。毛巾也很棒。早餐很丰盛。
