The hotel was clean, smelled good, pool area was nice, breakfast was good. The staff let us use the conference room since we were traveling with our baseball team. It was a great space to use for our team. Overall great experience.

Great hot water and A/C. Pool ice cold and out of service most of the stay. Bugs in our room. Laundry didnt work. Didnt clean my room for the entire 4 days i stayed. I had to approach the front desk and request new towels daily.

The breakfadt was meh, with few options and low quality. The beds were ok. Internet acess was strong. The bathroom hairdryer bag was disgusting.

Our stay was great, beds were clean and comfortable, internet was great and easy to get to. Staff was great and Julie the night manager was awsome and very helpful.

I would stay here again when visiting Ft. Knox. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My only issues were that Sunday breakfast (7:00 - 10:00) was pretty sparse by 9:00. and the Keurig in my room was broken. I did report it to the front desk but it wasn’t replaced.

Updated and Clean
Upon arrival the facility looked updated and clean. Check in went smooth. Room was clean and pretty roomy. Stocked with all bathroom necessities. Breakfast was pretty decent with varieties. My children did complain about the pool having way too much Chlorine so we didn’t stay too long. My favorite part by far was the fancy coffee machine in lobby that brewed fresh coffee for you at anytime!

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Hot
HVAC would not stay as set. Fan and temperature settings kept resetting after a couple hours. Would wake up sweating and have to get up and adjust the thermostat. The door was sprung and would not seal. The large gaps allowed me to hear everything from the hallway. Had to try to sleep with noice canceling headphones, a white noise machine, and a pillow over my head.

Stayed here multiple times. Always clean and friendly. Only complaint would be breakfast- always sausage, never bacon and juice machine was out of order but "could buy juice for $3". Kiddos of course were disappointed.
