Our room was spotlessly clean, as were the common areas. Breakfast was well stocked and had lots of variety. We appreciated our stay.

The didn't check us in properly and then canceled our reservation while in the room. Charged us for rooms but wouldn't refund since it was originally through them.

Breakfast was good! Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, quiet, reasonable amenities. Bonus was they frequently put out bottles of water and snacks in the lobby for guests, which we really appreciated.
Only negative I noted was the room fridge cools on a timer, which could be very inconvenient if you stay for a long weekend.
Otherwise, overall, really great!

We were very disappointed the pool and hot tub were not available. If we had known we would’ve chosen another hotel. The breakfast was good but bacon was so thin you could see through it. We were not told the room would not be cleaned on our two night stay. If so we would’ve rationed coffee and towels.

The property was clean but outdated. It is definitely in need to remodeling. One bed was fine the other was needing repair. This was a quick one night stop while driving across the country, so it was fine.

Nice location. Close to many restaurants. Easy access to downtown Bismarck and highways for out of town adventures.

I really love the staff at this Fairfield Inn. They were more than accommodating and helpful in every way. We were very pleased with her stay. The breakfast was great.
