In fairness you’re under heavy renovations. I wish I had known-
Our air conditioner was almost non existent. It didn’t work well at all. The elevators were extremely hot almost like the furnace was on.
Y’all know you have somethin up at that hotel, I’m not the only one who noticed. Your poor staff was sweating to death. It’s been some time since we stayed and I trust all is fixed. I hope anyway. Location is fantastic. Staff were so friendly. I felt you should have closed for renovations. It was just tooooo HOT

We’ve stayed at this property many times on our trips to Tupelo.
This time property was under renovation.
Room newly renovated and nice. Bed slept well.
Just a few hiccups:
Bathroom door did not open or close without making a noise; it was like it was stuck
Keurig coffee maker not functional
Only one trash can available (in bathroom)
Phone with a bad connection. Could hear party on other end, but they could not hear me
We will stay again regardless

Staff awesome but they dont tell you the pool is closed, rooms are horrible, beds are so hard, ac half way works, tubs are nasty and for the price i was very upset. They even wanted to charge for a water for the coffee pot in room.

It’s a nice hotel but we stay in out dated which is alright. Needs to be updated which they are doing . I would recommend staying here to anybody. The staff was great and nice . And a great location probably the best location. I will be back.

I was a guest from July 10th-July 12th. This property is under construction You cannot access the pool at this time. I stayed in a room that was newly renovated & had to shower in another room due to the water having very low water pressure in the room I was in. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. The water was fixed by the time I got back that evening from my event. My stay was stellar besides that small hiccup.

Trying to sleep or take a nap the drilling and hammer. It was loud and awful. For 218 dollars, I expected to beable to rest. Was not told about any construction above us.

Only reason didnt a 5 was they are using the pool as a staging area for construction and had it closed.
印象很差，竟然丢了一瓶红酒，房间也没有保险柜
房间一般般吧，而且打扫卫生的人手也不够，可能是疫情后遗症吧
