We are so relieved to see Mary took your concerns seriously and checked in with you later to ensure your fridge wasn't creating more issues. We are also gearing up for a full renovation, where our fridges will all be replaced with newer models. They tried to charge me more for my reservation than I booked it for. I did get them to change it as I had the email showing the correct price but it was a long check in process. The hotel was okay but it needs a facelift.

Our candlewood management team would like to first and foremost apologize for having a stressful check in time. We changed our reservation system a few weeks ago and are still in that fresh stage of getting accustomed to the new environment. We have had to manually adjust some reservations as they come from other third party channels. Upon researching your reservation it shows that prior to check in, you did notify the front desk which we appreciate! We are very happy that you voiced your concern with your rate and we were able to get it fixed for you. We do hope that aside from the hiccup at check in, everything else during your stay was great. We are in the process of starting renovations. Beginning December 1st, our property will be receiving an entire update to the look, feel and layout of all public spaces and guest rooms. We would love to invite you back once our renovations are done and receive some feedback from you! We do hope you give us a second chance and allow for us to provide a better experience on your next trip to Fargo.

入住时,前台没有告知我必须到前台办理退房手续,我们临走时,前台工作人员也没说什么。
这次经历让我很失望。
冰箱漏水了,前台似乎没人关心,主要是因为事情发生在周末。我回到房间,离开前我问过有人能不能把毛巾放在地板中间的水坑上。没有人这么做。幸运的是,客房清洁员玛丽就在几间房间之外,她反应非常迅速。她立即清理了水,说她认为是制冰机管路漏水了,所以她关掉了电源,拉出冰箱,清理了冰箱后面的水。过了一会儿,当我回到儿子的足球训练营时,我又见到了她,她确认一切都还好,事实也的确如此。退房时,我大声告诉了那个清洁工,但他基本上打断了我,轻描淡写,说这是因为不是每个人都使用制冰机。我说,只是想告诉你这个问题,但我连续两天早上房间里都有水坑。
生日派对周末
前台的年轻先生竭尽全力让我们房间里的电视正常运转。我们非常感谢他下定决心解决问题并修复它。谢谢!房间干净整洁,工作人员乐于助人且友好。地理位置优越,靠近机场。
好地方。干净。24小时机场接送。酒店员工和司机是我见过最友好的。食品储藏室价格实惠,还有免费咖啡。我绝对会再次入住。
