Keep your door locked.
The desk clerk on duty 9/2/25 evening, rented my room to another person. It was around 6:00 pm and I hadn’t locked the door. You can imagine my surprise while sitting at the table, facing the door, it opened and another guest walked in. Had this man arrived a couple of hours latter, after I had gone to bed, this mistake may have had tragic consequences.

Great property. I had an issue with checking in because the property front desk clerk, did not know the new system for ******* and we waited over 30 minutes to an hour to get a room. The property couldn’t confirm payment. Did not like that.. everything else loved

Don’t get the room next to the elevators because you can hear it every time it moves. The room had a terrible odor, but after being in it for a few minutes you don’t notice anymore.

Our room had roaches, the bathroom door knobs broken, entry door latches loose, the bathroom lighting was dim, carpet was dirty.
