The hotel is showing it's age (stained carpets, old showers, broken tiles) but overall it was clean, well-lit, and the staff was wonderful. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to the highway.

酒店本身很棒，工作人员也非常乐于助人，尤其是经理Shay。不过我再也不会通过*******预订了。我确认的预订是2晚。*******没有更新预订显示2晚。我不得不在前台等了一个半小时，打电话联系*******，才订到第二晚的房间，当时酒店基本客满了。*******没有提供任何补偿来弥补给我带来的不便。
唯一的小插曲是在办理入住时。顾客们正在用手机浏览房间，却不知该选哪间。如果能安排两个人一起办理入住或许会更好。办理入住的工作人员非常友好，并且为耽误您的时间表示歉意。
办理入住的员工很友好，乐于助人，而且非常尽心尽力地为我们服务，尤其是在我们深夜抵达的情况下。早餐比我们在其他酒店吃的要好，而且结束得更晚！
