The location was very good for shopping and restaurants. The rooms badly need updating, but they were clean. All the furniture needs to be replaced. The lobby/atrium is very spacious; however; handicap access is troublesome because of the lengthy carpeted ramp to get to elevator or to breakfast area. The complimentary happy hour cocktails are a nice touch, but Restaurant food is pub fare. Burger was good, but rib eye left a lot to be desired. Bar staff were very courteous as were the cleaning staff. Some of the front desk staff were less friendly.

This property still has 30 year old couches, in the rooms and the bathroom has mold around the bathtub. I had to leave early because of an explosive water leak from the sink across from the bathroom. All kind of black fluid exploded everywhere, it was so toxic I just left. Very disappointed in my visit here. Will not be back

Nice and friendly staff. Building needs remodeling
Nice and friendly staff at the front desk. Hardworking housekeeping staff keep this place clean and organized. The hotel looks very deteriorated needs remodeling. The phone in the bedroom didn’t work. Only one elevator was in service. My room was on the 4th floor and I heard the noise from the bar.

My shower only provided cold water - the tub base was dirty and the iron in the closet did not work. Your staff was superior in terms of friendliness and professionalism and that's what saved them but not sure I will be back to that hotel.

Was not aware that the pool and whirlpool was not available. There was food under the pull out sofa, carpet was torn in main hallways, elevator on one side of property did not work. For the money spent I'm not happy.

Everything was broken. Lights in the room, doors to outside, an entire elevator. And worse the pool. When I was booking a hotel I put in specific criteria for one with a pool.
When we checked in at 430, we walked up to our room, and there was someone in it cleaning it! Actually should use the term cleaning lightly, because the tub was dirty, and had hair in it. Two of the lamps in the room didn’t work, and it had an odd smell.
