The room was small, cleanliness was average. Tissue almost empty. One very small trash can in bathroom area only. The shower was tiny and the shower door kept sliding open. We were on the first floor. Hall not clean at all.

I am so sorry to hear that there were issues with your room. I wish you would have told me so that we could have taken care of it for you, as our main goal is to make sure our guests have a comfortable stay with us. Unfortunately this particular hotel brand does not have complimentary breakfast. We have an in house Bistro with Starbucks and a full bar with food and beverage for purchase. Should you choose to visit us again and book via third party, there are specific rates that do include breakfast. You should definitely try our food, however, it's amazing. Everything is made to order with extremely fresh ingredients. Thank you again for providing your feedback. We hope to welcome you again soon!

The AC filters needed cleaned real bad, and it let out a loud rattle ever time the compressor came on, made it rough to get any sleep. Maybe offering at least a cup of coffee and toast or bagel complimentary would have been nice.

I wish you would have told us, as we would have been happy to either have our engineering team make any needed repairs or move you to a different guest room. Also, we do offer complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning during breakfast hours. All you needed to do was stop at the Bistro counter and help yourself. We would also be more than happy to provide you with complimentary coffee later in the day as well. However, Courtyard as a brand does not offer complimentary breakfast. We prepare all of our meals fresh and in house, made to order. All of our items are made from scratch! We pride ourselves on our excellent food. Thank you again for your feedback during your stay with us and we hope to welcome you again soon!

The rooms were clean but I’m not sure exactly if it’s kid friendly. My 2 year old was not comfortable first night. Someone called the front desk complaining about our daughter.

While I wouldn't use the term "not kid friendly," as with all hotels, it's a building filled with people, we are primarily a business hotel where the majority of our guests are on work travel. We want to make sure all of our guests have a quiet and restful stay, which is why we observe quiet hours between 10pm-6pm. This allows each guest to receive the respect their deserve when going to sleep.Thank you so much for the compliment regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. Renovating? Let folks know!
Hotel undergoing renovations which we never told about when booking this hotel. When we arrived, they said it was only to the outside. Not the case. Fitness Center and pool both closed. Really feel like we should have received a discounted rate for everything we missed during a week's stay. Normally, love staying at Marriott properties. Not so much this time.

Although we do realize that this may be an issue at the time, we are very excited about the new and improved location. We do have alternate accommodations for the pool and fitness center use. All of our guests are able to use LA Fitness, which is right across the street. They have a full size gym, sauna, Olympic swimming pool, hot tub, etc. If something smaller is more your style, our sister property right next door is also permitting our guests to use their pool and fitness center, just a few steps away. While we do understand this may not be ideal, we do need the time to make sure our property is up to date per brand standards, while offering alternative options for our guests. We hope that once we are renovated that you will allow us another opportunity to host you. Thank you again and we hope to welcome you again soon!

The immediate area around the hotel is in transition with construction. Even part of the parking lot was unavailable during our stay due to a large construction type dumpster and debris. The hotel rooms are very basic - not what we expected from a Courtyard - especially not at the price we paid. We expected more from Courtyard.
