One of the main reasons I booked here was the fire pit and the person at the desk said it wasn’t working. Disappointing.

I honestly cannot think of why it would not be, unless it was shut down due to weather, as we do need to turn it off and cover it when it is raining. Other than that, we have not had any issues with it lately. I have issued points to your Marriott Bonvoy account which can be used towards a future stay at any Marriott property for the inconvenience of not being able to use the firepit. Again, I sincerely apologize. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to welcome you again soon.

All was good. The only complaint. Came in about 10pm. The smell of something burnt was thru the whole hotel. Even our room had the smell in it. It went away after a few hours.

Great place bad bed
Everything was great except the bed. It was awful. We drove in to see family and were already tired and didn’t inform the front desk. My wife slept on the sofa. The manager said she could not do anything to help, when we checked out due to it being ******* paying them. Otherwise she would have comped the room for the issue.

游泳池已关闭，但网站上没有提及，也没有通知预订的人；正在装修——很多地方都布满灰尘，地毯上有建筑垃圾，工作人员在办理入住时甚至没有提及此事；一些咖啡杯/盘子没有清洗；
