The employees were kind and helpful. But there are minimal spaces and they are small. People, like me with big vehicles, cannot park and there is also limited disabled spots. Everything else was fine but you could upgrade the toilet paper.

Place was in nice condition, but didn't have the king bedroom that we had reservations for. Put us in a room were everything was pushed to the window and had a huge empty area. Very dark room because lights were all locared together.

The staff are so friendly so far they have welcome us and over heard other guest as they arrived . Have a warm smile just very friendly and welcoming.

Very clean room & bathroom. The hotel was in a perfect area where everything is walkable if you don’t want to drive.

I never checked in.... I tried to just reserve a room and ******* charged me the full price one week before staying there. And then I tried to cancel and I can't even so much just talk to somebody. I tried to speak to the hotel and they told me they could do nothing about it because it was through *******. In a few weeks I'm planning a trip all the way across the United States and I will not be using ******* ever. I just want my money back

Add said rooms were newly renovated. They were not… our room was noisy inside and out… outside with traffic inside the bathroom it sounded like a generator was running… ALL NIGHT… bed was uncomfortable, pillows flat. Stains on carpet… elevator is tiny and very rough. Maybe they are renovating but they need to keep going. The stay wasn’t great.
