Jamie at the front desk was so very nice and sent us a note once we checked in to ask if there was anything she could do to make our stay better. That was lovely of her - great customer service!
The eggs, bacon, sausages, potatoes at breakfast were not warm. The potatoes were sadly, not cooked enough (white and cold). BUT, the breakfast lady was very nice!
Overall, the staff was great! We stay here every year on our snowbird flight to Southern California. We like it, but hope with these comments, breakfast can be improved.

Even though I had a ground floor room, it was still peaceful and relaxing. I had enjoyed my small time in Salem and time at this hotel. Staff was really friendly.

The room was very clean and comfortable. And the staff were so helpful and friendly. The only issues I had were both nights I stayed, there were guests on the floor above who were extremely loud which made it difficult to sleep.

Overall great stay. Newly remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have the breakfast but it smelled delicious. The pool was awesome. The gym is stellar. Highly recommend!

The room was dated and the blinds were broken so there was no way of keeping the sun out in the morning. Informed the staff and was given a lackluster response.

Unfortunately I did not stay at this hotel because I have two small poodles and they (the hotel) only allowed service dogs.
But I did get a full refund and the manager told me about a hotel not far from them that did allow dogs and we were set for that night.

我到达酒店的时间比预订时间晚了不少。前台工作人员非常热情周到，办理入住时还给了我一块饼干。我的房间干净整洁，地毯上有几处污渍，但并不严重。淋浴设施很棒，有两个淋浴喷头。房间里有很多插座，包括床边的插座，方便我给所有电子设备充电。房间里还有一个小沙发茶几、微波炉和迷你冰箱，非常贴心。不过，房间里的瓶装水是要收费的。我预订房间时额外付费选择了包含早餐，早餐很棒，有培根、香肠、土豆、鸡蛋和华夫饼。他们还提供百吉饼和一些沙拉吧的菜品，但我没点。总的来说，这是一次愉快的住宿体验。我唯一不满的是停车。停车位本来就不多，而且都很小，停车后上下车非常不方便。酒店位置很好找，就在5号州际公路旁边。不过，我要提醒你，入口藏在背面。
