The ladies that checked us in and out were amazing the breakfast was terrific and the room was very comfy cozy!

Pool was a little cloudy but we still went they have a nice patio are from the pool to sit outside. Breakfast was good nice set up add some bidquits and gravy. Our air conditioner broke and there was a huge puddle on the floor we told them but we just said we were fine till morning

Dust everywhere throughout the room. No do not disturb sign, and the room was out of Kleenex. Went and asked for both things, and they seemed inconvenienced to provide. They said we wouldn’t be having the room serviced the next day, so no sign was needed as they didn’t have any at the front desk. Asked for Kleenex, and was going to give us just a random open box instead of getting a new one for us. After pushing them to do so, we did end up getting a new box, but they seemed like they didn’t want to do their job (wasn’t asking for much) The toilet was clogged, and a housekeeper just handed us a plunger to plunge ourselves. Not that I would use the coffee pot in the room, but there was no pot in the coffee maker when we arrived, and that area was a disgusting mess. Looked like it was never restocked or cleaned. Cups that were in the room weren’t individually wrapped (don’t know if they are normally), but that is very unsanitary. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was fine, but I don’t think we would stay here again, especially not for the price I paid. ($691 for two nights!!!!)

The shower drain bubbles and the room was filled with a sewage smell. It was the last room left in Mt. Pleasant due to a concert. We left as soon as we could in the morning. The thermo control smelled like burnt food when we turned the heat on. It was very gross in the room. Our sheets and towels were stained. I will be contsctinf the property for a refund.

Check in was easy and quick. One of the beds in our room was soaked in urine! We had to have them put us in a different room but this was after we had already sat on the bed! Absolutely disgusting! Will never stay at this hotel again!!

The entire staff was very friendly. We were very impressed with the staff when checking in and out and the lady that was working in the morning filling the breakfast items. She was very attentive and made sure everything was always filled.
Also, the room was very clean.
If we need to stay in Mt. Pleasant again, we will definatley be staying here.

我们住的第一个房间没有暖气。我不停地告诉他们，他们也一直来试图修。花了很长时间才把我们安排到新房间，而且那不是我们选的楼层。
到了2号房间。头发都粘在枕头里了，淋浴间的沐浴露、洗发水和护发素罐子都是空的！
我们进2号房间的时候，暖气关了。他们说要等几秒钟才能打开。为什么这么冷的冬天，酒店里不开暖气？
谢天谢地，我们带了枕头和毯子，因为那张床太糟糕了！
房间花了20多分钟才暖和起来，暖气一整晚都散发着难闻的气味。
再也不来了！

刚从那里回家，停车场和人行道都没有人推车或撒盐，我们周六凌晨 3 点到，周日晚上 10 点离开，情人节周末没有游泳池
