Loved how clean it was and especially loved having a suite with a balcony. The tv turns off after a while and that was appreciated.

I have certain expectations when I stay at a Marriott property, and they were all met. I experienced excellence in every aspect of my stay.

Staff was very courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was that bed bedside power outlets were broken and nonfunctional. Even the outlets at the sink were broken. Need to unplug TV to start the coffee maker. Was a big challenge charging our devices. I never seen issues in any Courtyards I have stayed.

The hotel itself was fine.
Our car as well as multiple others were broken into. Windows were smashed and cars were ransacked through. The hotel did not alert any guests about what happened. We found out after we checked out- there was a plastic bag on our car door and glass everywhere. The night auditor that stayed over to help tried her best to help given the circumstances, but not a single manager was around.
Book with caution. Park in the front of the lot or take public transportation. Reports of multiple hotels in that same plaza area also experiencing break ins.

My room was next to the side door and it was busy the whole 2 days so sleep was a problem

Room was clean, bed comfortable and staff was friendly. One day we had trouble connecting to the internet and the manager went above and beyond to help us resolve the problem.
The only thing that would make this hotel better would be a complimentary breakfast.

Breakfast was basically none existent during the 2 week stay.
Starbucks is a joke, nobody there knows how to make good coffee at all or a real pumpkin 🎃 latte.
John was great as far as customer service goes & the 2nd shift young lady was fantastic as well. Joe the GM don't address all issues but play favorites with his late night auditor (11pm-7am) lady, maybe he has lack of options for that job spot.
Just by the way she treats a guest and how she talks to them, it aint her first time doing so !
She has bad customer service and then plays victim, after she gets caught being rude and hollering literally at a customer..mind your business next time lady...

Sadly be very aware if you check in late night.
Remember at the end of the day, the paying customer is usually always right.
Make them comfortable,not uncomfortable.
Dont pick on a disabled blind veteran.
