The room was clean and the bed comfy. My only complaint was that I had asked for an accessible room - but did not get one. Handicap parking near my assigned room as not available nor were any luggage carts available at that entrance. The person at the desk was very nice and brought my luggage to my room --- but that did not help when I was trying to leave. For that reason, I would not stay again as it was very difficult to access and check out of my room - regardless of how nice the room was. :(

The staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable, the location was great. Bath had mold, one elevator not working, the other was about to break, Starbucks griddle wasn’t working. Courtyard needs furniture. Needs better luggage racks,

Not a hotel I will return to. A/C unit in the room was so loud I had to sleep with a pillow over my head. Then there was the mold in the shower.........no excuse for that

Started off kind of rocky. We got put in a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet! They quickly relocated us, but the next room had a really noisy air conditioner my husband is handy and was able to fix it. Other than that the staff was friendly and accommodating! There was a beautiful pool and outdoor courtyard.

I booked a king size bed with sofa and we eneded up in a room with 2 queen beds which only had 1 chair....

Great Columbus Hotel
This was a great place to stay. We were only there one night, but would stay again for a long trip as well. It was clean, well maintained and comfortable.

Good room/ poor staff service
Food service was slow and incompetent
Waited 30 minutes at breakfast for avocado toast. Got a refund ( in cash) because the staff could not process a credit card refund.
Front desk worker ( homeless appearance) could not help with refund because as he said “ I’m not management”
Room was not made up each day (2 day stay) and linens and other needs were provided only be request

Very nice, very clean hotel. The bed was soo comfortable! I stayed for 4 nights & 5 days. I was a little surprised that I never got any cleaning from Housekeeping, but later found out that i have to request it? So is this the new norm now for hotels? Back in 2013-14 I did Housekeeping for a bit at Renaissance Inn & it was MANDATORY that guests who stayed more than one night gets their room refreshed every other day. Idk, I just feel like these rooms aren't cheap & I shouldn't have to "request" for my room to be cleaned. Other than that it was a nice hotel. I got the peace & privacy i was looking for.
