Suggest you change TV service...current is worse tv operation ever had in over 50 years of lodging. Coffee pot had wrong sized filter tray....other than that, comfortable stay.

Everything was great, and I'm grateful for the great customer service I received! I checked in late and had work to complete. Victoria made sure I was able to print and that I had plenty of coffee.

Our check in was not a good one! Our room wasnt ready at 3:00, like we were told it would be, so we had to wait in a lobby with no ac for an hour. Myself and my wife were very disappointed. We had an event to be at around 5:00 pm .

The staff was nice and friendly. The was a bad smell from a nearby pond/swamp.
The hotel could use some up dates, lamp shades were torn, new pillows would be nice

For our overnight stay, was perfect. Clean room, good breakfast. Safe neighborhood that was good for the morning walk. Very close to shopping even though I didn't need to shop this trip.
