My room was clean and spacious. My bathroom looked new and the shower was very large. It also had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The floor is sticky. Likely too much soap used while mopping. Unable to give point for stay due to booking with third party. Sometime we were not aware of.
办理入住简直是一场噩梦。由于房间没有打扫，大堂里挤满了人，排队等候入住的时间长达两个小时。不过，好的一方面是，房间很干净，而且每天都会打扫。
最糟糕的住宿体验！抱怨了好几次，发了信息，还当面跟邻居说，他们简直就是在房间里不停地抽烟，而且你看，因为门上只有3英寸的缝隙，烟味直接飘进了我们的房间。WiFi坏了，房卡也用不了，电视上的应用程序也坏了，而且隔壁的熊“Smokey”也没人管。太令人失望了！！
他们在网站上提供的设施，实际上并没有或根本不提供。我当时想找一间可以住3个人，并配有折叠床的房间。这家酒店确实很方便，但位置很远（从我以前住的地方开车单程50分钟）。我决定开车过去，预订了一间带折叠床的房间，这样睡得更舒服。到达后，我向前台要了一张床。前台的工作人员很友好，本来想给我们一张，但被告知由于阿扎尔事件，他们无法再提供这项服务。我说我明白了。我以为他们会给我一间免费的卧室。结果他们没有兑现广告上的承诺。
他们正在装修，但我们住的房间很棒，非常漂亮宽敞。员工非常友善热情，早餐也不错。我们住得很愉快，下次来还会选择这家酒店。
我入住的时候，账户里积累的IHG积分却没能用。要是能用上的话，我就能省一大笔钱了。
