The room was fine. I did tell the front desk the first morning of stay that the toilet tank wasn't filling up the first night before and we couldn't flush toilet, they assured me someone would come up and check while we were out. They did not send anyone I continued to have to take the back of the toilet off and pull up the handle to fill up the tank myself every time we used the bathroom. I let them know at the front desk when I left, but that was that. Bummer, it would have been an easy fix.

Very nice rooms and a happy bag when you get there. Pretty place with good parking room was close to elevator , a plus.!!! Would stay there again!

Everyone was pleasant.The room was good, besides the toilet was not refilling after flushing. I went to the desk explain this. The person at the desk said that they would send someone why we were out that day. It was never fixed. days.We had to take the back off the toilet pull up the little lever to fill up the tank so that we could flush the toilet for two days. I also told the front desk person at checkout.

酒店装修精美，房间现代且非常干净，只是床垫太硬，肯定需要更换一个更舒适的新床垫。我们非常失望，因为*******网站上的浴室照片显示是浴缸/淋浴组合，而我们更喜欢这种组合，但实际浴室只有淋浴。此外，我获准延迟退房至中午12点，大约上午10:45，客房服务员只敲了一声门，然后就开始用钥匙开门。幸好我们当时还没穿衣服，门上还有额外的锁。门把手上也挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子，但她置之不理。看来前台和客房服务之间的沟通不太顺畅。
办理入住简直是一场噩梦。由于房间没有打扫，大堂里挤满了人，排队等候入住的时间长达两个小时。不过，好的一方面是，房间很干净，而且每天都会打扫。
最糟糕的住宿体验！抱怨了好几次，发了信息，还当面跟邻居说，他们简直就是在房间里不停地抽烟，而且你看，因为门上只有3英寸的缝隙，烟味直接飘进了我们的房间。WiFi坏了，房卡也用不了，电视上的应用程序也坏了，而且隔壁的熊“Smokey”也没人管。太令人失望了！！
他们正在装修，但我们住的房间很棒，非常漂亮宽敞。员工非常友善热情，早餐也不错。我们住得很愉快，下次来还会选择这家酒店。
门厅和浴室的地板黏糊糊的，显然没有彻底清洁。入住第一晚房间没有打扫，我们不得不主动索要毛巾、浴巾和洗漱用品。
我入住的时候，账户里积累的IHG积分却没能用。要是能用上的话，我就能省一大笔钱了。
