I have spoken to the city about trash pickup so thank you for letting me know it was happening that early. When you check in, we take an authorization for the room and tax. It puts a hold on the funds in your account for that amount and then at check out the authorization is released, and you are charged room and tax. I will issue more training with my staff to ensure they are able to explain this properly. I do hope you will give us another chance and stay with us again in the future. This hotel is perfectly located in walking distance to restaurants and a ton of shopping. Area is a safe area of Columbus. The hotel is immaculate. Outside swimming area and fire pit is beautifully kept. Swimming pool is heated until October 1. The two bedroom suite accommodated four of us with extra space.

It was nice to have the full fridge and the pool and basketball courts. The pool and courts closed too early though.

房间很不错，干净整洁，非常适合两对情侣入住。床不太舒服，已经睡过很多次了，一直没换过。我们房间的马桶整晚都在乱跑。垃圾清运到早上6点30分，而且房间外面经常有人装车，噪音很大。步行即可到达伊斯顿市场，那里有很多餐厅。工作人员非常友好，但我不明白为什么在我们已经付过款后，他们又从我的卡里扣了1020美元——幸好我的欺诈警报系统拒绝了这笔费用。按摩浴缸里的喷头坏了，早餐不错，但总是缺货。
