The room was in horrible shape! The ceilings were falling apart, the bathtub wouldn’t drain, the blankets and sheet had stains!
The staff when we first arrived was really rude! They didn’t have a bartender that could make a drink she charged us for something she didn’t even make

First of all you charge secured and not responsible of anything damages to your car.. also you leave bottles in November when you charge you guess two dollars if they’re not a guest member that is just totally wrong. I am going to try to avoid Hilton Gardens as much as possible in the new future.

Room was fine. Hilton SUCKS! They nickel and dime you when you are already paying a premium to stay there. No breakfast included. Then missed the fine print when booking that they charge you $5.12 a day to park! This is not in the city or a congested area that you would even think you would pay to park. OH RV and Bus parking is FREE! I never have had a good hotel experience at any Hilton and vow never to stay at another again.

Although I prepaid for breakfast, the cook didn’t come in on time and we needed to leave without being served. Need a refund for the breakfasts. The cook had a family emergency so I understand but there was no backup plan for that situation.

Could definitely use some upgrades. Missed my turn several times there were barely any outdoor lights and the main sign was covered by a tree. Room was showing its age.

We had trouble with the toliet flushing and our bathroom door was damaged. The main entrance parr of the ceiling was damaged. Just not worth the amount of money we were charged for the night.

接待处的设施很好，但房间里的设施不行，房间与照片相比很小，家具很旧，枕头已经闻起来很臭，出汗又脏，应该更换
