Everything was just great. The staff was wonderful HOTEL extremely clean loved all the amenities and the happy hour. I always choose the NBC suites no matter where I go. I prefer this hotel.

I’ve been staying at this chain off and on for about a decade. I remember what this chain was like as a kid in the late 80s. As always this chain delivers with comfort for a family stay. What stinks was “Bill” the bartender needs a new line of work. When my wife asked him what was on draft, he merely replied “Beer.” We had to coax the draft list out from him. I guess he didn’t want to divulge since none of it was complimentary. Also told us that the buffet wouldn’t be refreshed 20 minutes into happy hour because it was with a long pause, “complimentary.” About the food, we told the manager on duty who seemed taken aback about our story on duty who seemed to try to make something happen but came back empty handed and didn’t bother to update us when he walked by our table. We like this chain as a whole but will be skipping this location for overnighting in the future.

I stay here every year around Thanksgiving bec of the location s proximity to family. Each year, it continues to decline. Check in was smooth.The room smelled musty, damp, bathroom was dirty, extra bed had springs that were so worn they poke. When we asked for extra blanket and sheets for the extra sleeper, they gave us sheets and said they ran out of blankets.I asked for the manager, nobody got back to me.instead of rectifying the issue they asked if I was a Hilton Honors (I am). One hr later, somebody came back with a thin throw blanket. We couldn't take this anymore so we checked out a day early to move to another hotel. Never going back. I want a refund for this entire stay. Terrible.

Attention to details need done
I had to go down to the service desk. My key did not work and they had the wrong time frame down for my stay. The bottom of our bathtub was brown and we had one cushion on the back of the sofa. Found the other one on the floor when we pulled out the sleeper bed. Which had hair all over it, so I went to the the desk and asked for a fresh bed set. The coffee machine was broken in the lobby. And the shampoo and soap was fastened into the wall & watered down.
