When we arrived, there was no longer a king size room available, so we received a room with 2 queens. We called earlier in the day to say we would be late. It took 1/2 hour to check in. Staff could not apply Hilton #. Next morning talked to manager - she could not print a receipt to tell us how much we were charged. She said she would call to follow up and give us 30,000 points - nothing. Not one thing happened as we expected. Very disappointing and will not stay at this property again.

We arrived at 4pm & we were switched to 3 different rooms because we arrived to find them all dirty. We had reservations for 2 rooms/2 nights. My mother was on a walker & we had a difficult time moving luggage & going floor to floor(only 1 elevator worked). Finally got our rooms & our toilet wouldn’t flush. They said they fixed it later the 1st night. We had to lift the lid in order to flush-so that was considered “fixed”.

Mini fridge did not work in room, chair was stained in a very unappealing way, ice machine didn’t work, outside doors did not lock for safety.

Ran out of food on Saturday morning breakfast. Room was never cleaned during two night stay. Did not use gym. Was charged a second time for room upon check-in.

We were on the bottom floor next to the outside door and at night someone was smoking there and the smoke smell came into our room and I looked out the next morning and there were about 10 cigarette butts,we are allergic to cigarette smell so we left the next day instead of staying another night. Was not a happy experience and would not recommend to anyone

酒店风格也是有点欧式
房间舒适整洁。问题出在办理入住时……我站在那里好几分钟,前台服务员却在休息区看凯尔特人对迈阿密的比赛。他当时就坐在休息区,肯定看到我进来了。等他终于从比赛中起身时,态度也并不热情。早餐很糟糕……咖啡难喝透了,我只拿到最后一个冰冷硬掉的饼干,而当时才早上6点半,早餐6点就开始了。他们花了将近25分钟才送出新的一批。退房体验也和入住没好到哪里去……至少他们的着装还算专业。不知道为什么电子邮件地址弄错了,我至今还没收到电子收据,看来他们在输入正确地址的时候肯定打错了。
体验非常棒,该有的东西都有,地点也很合适,住起来很舒适,晚上很好睡
价格过高且肮脏
浴室很脏,房间里还留着别人的脏内衣。墙纸多处被撕掉、剥落。我们打电话投诉,他们说明天之前没人能帮忙。他们没有给我们安排另一间房间。第二天他们来打扫,内衣仍然留在浴室里。我们投诉后,他们说他们无能为力。
这家酒店维护不善,提出的问题迟迟未得到解决。房间7天中有6天都没有“打扫”。管理人员态度粗鲁。设施与宣传不符。这是我住过的最差的汉普顿酒店,我们旅行时通常会选择这家。
