Room was dirty, hair in shower and bathroom. Paint peeling and chipping off, cabinet door for refrigerator hanging loose, door to room with large crack that could be seen through, no cover on peel hole either. Old, used place, seen better days and obviously being poorly managed. Breakfast was minimal, staff on phones at front desk and seemed uninterested in customers. Other Hamptons like in Easton area are much nicer. Don’t waste your time here.

We’re told by reservations that there was a seat in the roll in shower. There was not, husband requires a seat or shower chair. Desk clerk said there were none on site but did supply a roller computer chair to use. Desk clerk very professional friendly and responsive

The shower didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush. Moved rooms. The tv didn’t work in this one. No breakfast in the morning. Bathroom wasn’t very clean.

房间舒适整洁。问题出在办理入住时……我站在那里好几分钟,前台服务员却在休息区看凯尔特人对迈阿密的比赛。他当时就坐在休息区,肯定看到我进来了。等他终于从比赛中起身时,态度也并不热情。早餐很糟糕……咖啡难喝透了,我只拿到最后一个冰冷硬掉的饼干,而当时才早上6点半,早餐6点就开始了。他们花了将近25分钟才送出新的一批。退房体验也和入住没好到哪里去……至少他们的着装还算专业。不知道为什么电子邮件地址弄错了,我至今还没收到电子收据,看来他们在输入正确地址的时候肯定打错了。
体验非常棒,该有的东西都有,地点也很合适,住起来很舒适,晚上很好睡

停车场宽敞,没有问题。
锅炉似乎坏了,所以一夜没有热水,但我认为这是不可避免的。
如果您有车,可以在附近用餐,而且附近有高速公路,出行非常方便。
价格过高且肮脏
浴室很脏,房间里还留着别人的脏内衣。墙纸多处被撕掉、剥落。我们打电话投诉,他们说明天之前没人能帮忙。他们没有给我们安排另一间房间。第二天他们来打扫,内衣仍然留在浴室里。我们投诉后,他们说他们无能为力。
这家酒店维护不善,提出的问题迟迟未得到解决。房间7天中有6天都没有“打扫”。管理人员态度粗鲁。设施与宣传不符。这是我住过的最差的汉普顿酒店,我们旅行时通常会选择这家。
