1) Front desk staff rather unfriendly, but did their jobs. To be clear, not hostile, but kind of perfunctory about everything.
2) Not enough toilet paper for Thanksgiving when there is no maid service. Fortunately, we typically bring some extra.
3) Only one regular and one decaf coffee pod in room and we are a couple. We don't do decaf and again, since it was Thanksgiving, I had to ask for extra. It's the little things!
4) I guess I am asking a lot, but I really like a noon checkout!

Upon arrival Chase checked us in and was extremely courteous. He was sure to tell us about breakfast and also when asked about nearby activities Chase was helpful. We will definitely book again when in the state.

Room was clean but not great, a few stains on carpet. 3*.
Lobby was clean and welcoming. Staff were nice, but not overly friendly.
Breakfast was 2*. Not fully cooked potatoes out of juice. Was later and a continental. Didn’t bother going rest of trip.

The room was spotless and the staff was very helpful. Chase was in the front desk the day we checked in and he was very informative. The kitchen staff was also of help the next day when we ate breakfast. The amenities was as good, they had original dove soap for body wash which left my skin feelin silky smooth. They also had good mirror lighting in the bathroom for taking pictures and doing makeup. The toilet pressure was very strong, maybe even a little too strong but I'm not complaining and the hot water in the bathroom stayed hot for a long time. One thing I'll recommend that i noticed they didn't have was blackout curtains. Therefore if you are a person that likes to sleep in once the sun comes up, this may bother you. The location of this hotel was also great, it was close to the major highway and several shopping area and food area. They also had free parking. Overall my stay was good for the price we paid. I even think it was better than other high-end hotels that doesn't even offer as much like the free breakfast and parking option.

I called ahead of time for a remarks checkin and I had to wait until 3:15 to get my room. And my name was as not on the welcome screen.it was a different name on the welcome sign of the TV. I didn’t feel like welcomed.
