The room was very clean & spacious.

Room is clean and comfortable. But Guest service is very bad. Front desk rep is not treating customers friendly. We waited more than 3 hours to get the room. I understand the check-in time is 3PM. But she made all customers to wait until 3 PM instead of checking in as the room gets ready. I never had such a terrible check-in experience.

Great Beds and clean rooms! That's the best review I give, and the beds will keep me coming back. The staff was friendly and I felt safe parking my car. It's in a decent part of town, and it's convenient to the hospital (which is why I was there). One thing that would make this hotel better is thicker walls (I could hear the person in the bathroom in the next room). I was going to say a restaurant would make it better until I remembered there are several good restaurants within walking distance, and it's convenient to shopping.
