Room needs updated. Toilet made a loud noise when flushed. Beds were very comfortable. Otherwise our stay was fine

We had a room with two queen beds and a sofa. It was great for our family of four. The kids loved the indoor pool. Breakfast had good options for everyone. Easy to park. The only reason we would not return is because the beds were too soft- my spouse and I were rolling into each other during the night. I ended up sleeping on the couch because it was firmer.

This was a great room. We were not expecting a suite but it was great. No complaints at all. Clean. We didn’t interact with staff because we didn’t need anything.

The hotel itself is clean the breakfast was good but the pool and workout room was a major let down.

Terrible customer service at the front desk and a very average breakfast offering. The fitness center is also below average.

酒店很干净，早餐也不错。工作人员一点也不乐于助人。我问了几个工作人员一个问题，他们似乎不想被打扰。有一天我们的床没有整理。我不得不去餐厅拿更多的杯子来装房间。
